Meet the Team
Rishi Kapoor, J.D. | Founder, Location Development
Rishi has spent the last ten years focused on residential real estate, primarily in the luxury sector with a strong background in sales and marketing, prior to focusing on sponsoring development. Upon founding Location Ventures, he set out to create exceptional living experiences in premium locations centered around nature and technology.
To date, Rishi has or is now leading the development of single family homes, rehabilitation of multi-family properties, and both development & investment in boutique condominiums throughout South Florida with a value of more than $300mm. He received business degrees in Finance, Marketing & Management from the University of Miami, and is also a non-practicing attorney, having graduated from UM Law.
Claudia Mezerhane, Development Manager
Claudia Mezerhane is Location Venture’s Vice President of Operations. As the mastermind of the day-to-day operations of our company and our developments, Claudia is directly involved with our single-family home developments. She coordinates with our partners and ensures projects are on schedule and on budget. She holds a MBA from the University of Miami and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Cesar Molina | CMA Design Studio
CMA Design Studio Inc. is an architecture, planning and interior design firm focused on the design of luxury residential and resort properties throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. Led by architect Cesar Molina, the studio’s philosophy is to integrate contemporary technology with regionally appropriate architecture while working with the client as an integral part of the design team. CMA provides consistency in quality as well as clarity of vision that permeates the entire project and has been globally recognized.
Jason Dimond | General Contractor
Dimond Development, Inc. is a leading Miami-based construction company founded by Jason Dimond in 1995 that specializes in building one-of-a-kind homes.
